What helps us give you a useful answer
The more concrete your message, the more concrete our reply. A few things that save a round trip:
- your context: what you do, size of the team, applications involved;
- the problem you want solved, rather than the solution you have in mind;
- your current infrastructure: host, technologies, what works and what doesn’t;
- your timeline: a migration before the end of the quarter and an exploratory project don’t call for the same answer.
None of it is mandatory. A two-line message is enough to start the conversation.
What to expect
We read every enquiry and answer the ones that fall within our field. If your need sits outside it, we’ll say so plainly — and point you elsewhere when we know someone serious on the subject.
The first exchange is technical and carries no commitment: you describe your situation, we give you an honest opinion and a ballpark figure. No sales follow-up, no mailing list.

Can you give us a price quickly?
A ballpark figure, yes — often in the first exchange. A firm quote means understanding what you already have: simple hosting and taking over undocumented infrastructure are not priced the same way. We don’t charge for the initial scoping.
We can't describe our need in technical terms. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Describe the business problem — what wastes your time, what breaks, what worries you. Translating it into technical terms is our job.
Our current provider left us without documentation. Do you take that kind of work?
Regularly. The inventory comes first: what runs, where, with what configuration. It’s often the longest part, and it’s also the part that gives you back control of your own platform.
Do you work with in-house technical teams?
Yes, that’s a common arrangement: we reinforce infrastructure, security or the CI/CD chain while your team keeps ownership of the product. We transfer the knowledge rather than hold on to it.
